Announcements

Hello to josiewilz (Ravelry link)! That's Josie, living just outside London. If you haven’t already done so, please say hello in the Kino Knits Ravelry group Introduce Yourself thread (Ravelry link)!

June 2020 profits from the sales of Kino Knits self-published patterns went to the Southern Poverty Law Center, which "is dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry and to seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of our society." Sales plus a $25 donation from a follower totaled $850.

The Knitting on Safari Collection (Ravelry link) is complete with the Zanzibar Waves (Ravelry link) shawl! One of the things I love about knitting is the chance to truly customize what I make. I've set you up for success with this three-color rectangular wrap. Mix and match seven wave-themed motifs for a choose-your-own-adventure experience. (And who says you have to use just three colors? Scraps and leftovers are just as good!)

But if you're hankering for something new, Arkansas Yarn Company has put together some three-color kits from various dyers, including themselves, which you can find here.

There are lots of ways to get this shawl and/or collection:
